Caleb promptly responded to my inquiry, came the same day to give me an estimate. Upon acceptance of his estimate, we set up a date for the job to be done. Caleb arrived on time and did an excellent job at cleaning a very dirty carpet in a household with 2 black Labs. Need I say more? Caleb is very professional, has great communication skills and I will not hesitate to use his services again or to recommend him.

My seven-year-old beige carpet had become matted down, grayish and stained. It was recommended to me to try Master Touch Cleaning Services. Caleb’s deep cleaning technique was amazing, and when he finished I was in shock. My carpet looks as good today, six months later, and visitors can’t believe it’s the original carpet.
